Ella Nicholson is a young, up-and-coming magician who has already made waves across television, radio, and social media with her high-energy performances. She has made several appearances on both TV programs on prominent shows such as Penn & Teller: Fool Us, Ireland AM, and radio stations such as BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 5 Live, and Virgin Media. Her natural charisma and sharp magic skills have contributed to a sizeable online following, with her performance videos accruing millions of views across social media platforms worldwide.
Ella has also previously been awarded an Excellence in STEM Award at the BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition, where she represented her school at the National Finals in the RDS. Her project entitled “Do We Experience Magic the Same Way? Factors Affecting Our Susceptibility to Magic Tricks” impressed both the judges and attendees with her insights on how different factors influence our ability to perceive and react to illusions, which explores queries pertaining to social and behavioural sciences.
