Jenny O Connor is a lecturer at South East Technological University (SETU) in Waterford, and teaches English, media and communications studies. Jenny is a member of the Analysing Social Change research group and the teaching initiative TEaCH CoLab, alongside staff from SETU and faculty from the University of Washington, Bothell. Jenny is involved in Waterford Film For All, a community organisation that brings non-mainstream films to Waterford. She has hosted the very popular The Nerve – an English and Arts podcast at SETU since 2017.
